Personal Training

When we say personal, we mean one-on-one, attention focused, time dedicated, no interruptions, all about you and no one else…personal training. There is no line waiting for a machine, no clutter, and NO SWEATY EQUIPMENT. We do not cater to the masses. We believe that you work hard for your money and your time, so your session should indeed be all about you.

Our trainers prepare your program in advance so that they can focus on every activity you will be doing. It’s important to know your needs and condition, therefore we spend a great deal of time listening and learning about you and then create a customized training program built just for you. In addition, the owner is personally involved to ensure your success and satisfaction.

Group Fitness

We want to be able to focus on your form and goals in each class. Too many people can be distracting and intimidating, that’s why our group training is capped at 6 people per group and 2 individuals per module. These small groups are fun yet challenging and bring more variety to your workout schedule. Our classes remain private and personal, so contact us today to enroll!
